We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Should you need to return a product in ALL instance please contact our Customer Care Team on 01482 656326. To allow us to deal with your enquiry please ensure you have the delivery note or invoice to hand, as we will require the following information.

Our customer service team will assist you to find the simplest way to arrange collection. Please be aware that collections are chargeable initially. Any product classified as a faulty will receive a full refund or exchange within 24hrs once received in to Stockgone.com
Terms of Return
All items must be securely packaged prior to the collection by our courier
Products for return must be in their original outer with all instructions and accessories.
Please enclose your original packing note highlighting product and reason for return.
Within 24hrs of your products being received by Stockgone.com one of our customer service team will arrange a replacement or refund.
NB: All customers have the explicit right to cancel their order within 7 days, or seven days from receipt of goods.
